Elevate Therapy Center accepts FES-UA and is registered as a Direct Pay provider inside the EMA (Education Market Assistant) system.
Because Step Up is not insurance, families do not have to wait for insurance authorization before scheduling an evaluation or therapy sessions.

Step 3 On the left toolbar, click “Marketplace.”
Step 4 Select “Find Providers.”
Step 5 Choose your child’s name when prompted.
Step 6 In the provider search bar, type:
